University Administration
Prime University Bangladesh is governed by the Bangladesh Private University Act 2010, Prime University is the first of its kind in Bangladesh to be managed by a group of academics. The Chief Executive of Prime University is the Vice-Chancellor, who is assisted by a Syndicate, Academic Council, Pro Vice-Chancellor, Treasurer, Registrar and Officers of Prime University as per statute & provisions of the University. As a founding body of Prime University, the Board of Trustees has a reasonable representation in policy making body of the University namely in the Syndicate and in the Academic Council.
