Introduction:
The LL.B (Hon’s) 4-year program is a regular program of Prime University. As a Government recognized private university, this university is free to set its own curriculum, methods of procedure and syllabus for its various departments. The LL.B(Hon’s) 4-Year program of Prime University is designed according to the international standard of different prominent universities of the world. The program is a 4-year program consisting 12 semesters. 3 semesters namely; Summer, Spring & Fall are included in each academic year. The duration of each semester is 15 weeks and 135 credit hours are reserved for the whole 4-year LL.B (Hon’s) program.
Program Objective:
We have reached at the door of 21st century. This is a very modern civilization, no doubt. Adequate laws and the proper application and enforcement of such laws in every field are the molder of this modern civilized world. So, the necessity of the study of laws is beyond description and law has become one of the top most subjects among the students in their graduation level. With a view to making skilled, experienced, prominent and upright law professionals to serve the future world and to make up the gaps of adequate laws by making new, technical and proper law and showing the easiest ways of their application and enforcement. Laws department of Prime University like other universities of the world is working to reach this goal.
